INGREDIENTS — SERVINGS: 1
- 1 hamburger (beef or vegetarian burger)
- 1 pack of mixed vegetables (as needed)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of whole milk
- Grated cheese (as needed)
- 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt (as needed)
- Pepper (as needed)
- Half onion
- Paff pastry (for savoury dishes) for a person
- Half orange
MAIN PREPARATION
- In a spacious pot, sauté the onion for a minute and combine the vegetables
- Add the hamburger or the mince and the juice of half orange
- Add salt and pepper
- In an ovenproof dish, place the puff pastry, shaping it to fit the dish
- With a spoon, add the vegetables and the meat previously cooked
- Add the raw, beaten egg with milk, salt and pepper
- Place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees (depending on the oven)
