Vin Brulè is a beverage with ancient origins, also known as Vin Chaud in French or Mulled Wine in English. Some sources indicate that mulled wine, contrary to what many may think, is a beverage that originated in Ancient Rome and was composed of wine, honey, and saffron.
Vin Brulè is appreciated not only for its enveloping flavor but also for its many beneficial properties. This drink is famous for its warming, disinfectant, and invigorating qualities, making it perfect for cold winter evenings and during Christmas time.
Its low alcohol content is the result of prolonged boiling during the preparation, making it suitable for anyone looking to pamper themselves during the long and chilly winter nights. Crafting Vin Brulè is an ancient art that carries with it a tradition rich in aromas and warmth.
